Our packaging is specially designed to help protect your stoneware while it's on its way to you. The custom-designed boxes contain special inserts to keep your mugs from moving around.
However, no packaging is 100% foolproof. Speed bumps and curbs can happen, although we take every care to make sure the mugs are secure in their boxes before they ship.
