Sunset Hill Stoneware ships orders within a variance of 10%, whether there is an overrun or under-run on the order.
We make every effort to make sure you receive exactly the number of stoneware products you ordered, but we produce additional mugs in case anything goes wrong in our production facility. Orders that are within a variance of 10% over or under are considered complete in most cases and are allowed to ship.
