An underrun occurs when fewer products are produced than what is ordered.
Due to the nature of the process of firing stoneware, Sunset Hill Stoneware produces a greater quantity of product than what you ordered. However, on very rare occasions, there may not be enough to pass our rigorous quality standards.
Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity that you ordered. Orders within a variance of 10% more or fewer pieces than were ordered are considered complete and will be shipped and invoiced.
