An overrun occurs when more products were made than what was ordered.
Due to the nature of the firing process and the slight risk of stoneware shattering in the kiln, Sunset Hill Stoneware produces a greater quantity than what is ordered. Sometimes, more products come out of the process than what is ordered, so there may be more mugs with your logo. However, we make every effort to ship the exact quantity that you ordered.
Orders within a variance of 10% greater or fewer than the quantity requested are considered complete and will be shipped and invoiced.
