Since your Sunset Hill Stoneware products were handcrafted and customized specially for you or your business and are unique, we do not allow returns on customized items.

If you've opened your box of stoneware mugs or steins and found they were damaged, contact our customer care team online or 800-509-4662. Please be sure to send a photo of you damaged mugs. From there, our team will be happy to help you regarding damaged stoneware.
